摘要
本文聚焦农业类科研事业单位人事工作,首先从提高单位服务能力、助力人才队伍建设、保障职工合法权益三方面,阐述人事工作的重要意义,其次剖析当前人事工作存在的问题,最后从强化政策认知与服务意识、建立人事数据平台与安全体系、构建复合型人才培训体系、推动人事管理规范化流程化四个维度,提出人事工作人员赋能路径,旨在为优化农业类科研事业单位人事工作、支撑单位可持续发展提供实践参考。
This paper focuses on the personnel work in agricultural research institutions.Firstly,it expounds the significant meaning of personnel work from three aspects:enhancing the service capacity of the unit,assisting in the construction of the talent team,and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems in the current personnel work.Finally,the paper puts forward empowerment paths for personnel staff from four dimensions:strengthening policy awareness and service consciousness,establishing personnel data platform and security system,building compound talents training system,and promoting the standardization and process-oriented management of personnel,aiming to provide practical references for optimizing personnel work in agricultural research institutions and supporting the sustainable development of the units.
