摘要
乡村振兴的落地与农业现代化发展,亟需职业化高素质农民提供人才支撑。以辽宁省为研究对象,分析其高素质农民培育工作现状、问题,并从构建精准化培育体系、建立产教融合机制、完善可持续培育生态、推进数字化转型、推广实训式实用技术等方面提出优化路径,旨在为辽宁农业现代化及东北全面振兴提供人才保障。
The implementation of rural revitalization and the development of agricultural modernization urgently need the support of professional and high-quality farmers.Taking Liaoning Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of its high-quality farmer cultivation work,and proposes optimization paths from aspects such as building a precise cultivation system,establishing an industry-education integration mechanism,improving a sustainable cultivation ecosystem,promoting digital transformation,and promoting practical training technologies,aiming to provide talent guarantee for the modernization of agriculture in Liaoning and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.
