摘要
以盘锦绕阳农业科技发展有限公司为案例,系统阐述其通过生态化与智能化相结合的技术创新,构建“稻-蟹-鳅-豆”多元共生型生态循环农业模式,实现了化肥减施32.8%、农药减施90.0%,并显著提升经济效益。同时,其通过制度创新建立现代化产业经营体系,依托“龙头企业+合作社+家庭农场”模式带动小农户发展,并延伸产业链,发展精深加工与农文旅融合,打造“绕阳湾”品牌,推动农业全链条增值。研究提出,科技创新与制度创新“双轮驱动”是农业现代化的核心路径,并围绕政策支持、主体培育、产业融合等方面提出具体建议,为区域农业高质量发展提供实践借鉴。
Taking Panjin Raoyang Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.as a case,this paper systematically expounds that through the technological innovation combining ecologicalization and intelligence,it has constructed a multi-symbiotic ecological circular agricultural mode of"rice-crab-loach-bean",achieving a 32.8%reduction in chemical fertilizer application and a 90.0%reduction in pesticide application,and significantly improving economic benefits.Meanwhile,it has established a modern industrial operation system through institutional innovation,driven the development of small-scale farmers by relying on the mode of"leading enterprises+cooperatives+family farms",extended the industrial chain,developed deep processing and the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,created the"Raoyangwan"brand,and promoted the value-added of the whole agricultural chain.The research puts forward that the"dual-wheel drive"of technological innovation and institutional innovation is the core path for agricultural modernization.It also puts forward specific suggestions in aspects such as policy support,entity cultivation,and industrial integration,providing practical references for the high-quality development of regional agriculture.
