摘要
高粱是世界第五大谷类作物,因其用途广泛而在农业生产中占据着重要地位。通过群体改良可以拓宽高粱的遗传基础,将多个优良基因聚合到一个群体中,打破优良基因与不良基因的连锁,提高群体中优良基因的频率。概述高粱群体改良法的理论基础及在种质资源创新中的作用机制和优势,介绍高粱群体改良法的发展历程,重点阐述高粱群体改良法在种质资源创新中的应用,包括矮秆多抗优良品系的创制和机械化栽培高粱新品种选育,为推动高粱产业发展提供参考。
Sorghum is the fifth largest cereal crop in the world and holds an important position in agricultural production due to its wide range of uses.Through population improvement,the genetic basis of sorghum can be expanded,and multiple superior genes can be aggregated into a population to break the linkage between superior genes and inferior genes and improve the frequency of superior genes in the population.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of the sorghum population improvement method and its mechanism and advantages in the innovation of germplasm resources,introduces the development history of the sorghum population improvement method,and focuses on elaborating its application in the innovation of germplasm resources,including the creation of dwarf and multi-resistant superior strains and the breeding of new varieties of sorghum cultivated mechanically,providing a reference for promoting the development of the sorghum industry.
