玉米瑞热群体创建与评价研究

Research on the Establishment and Evaluation of Corn Reire Populations

摘要 瑞热群体是由瑞德(Reid)骨干系郑58和美国热缘杂交种78599通过聚合杂交、回交转育、异地鉴定、接种鉴定、混合授粉等选择方法组建而成的,通过将两大血缘优势整合,既遗传了瑞德(Reid)的优良基因又兼具了热缘的抗性。对瑞热群体的评价试验结果表明,瑞热RP×黄旅HL为最佳杂优模式,已成功组配出高产、稳产、多抗、适宜机械化收获的玉米新品种辽单1201、辽单1205、辽单1209、辽单1258、辽单1281、辽单1228、辽单1803、辽单1811、辽单1901和辽单1908。其中,辽单1205和辽单1209的粗淀粉含量分别为76.16%和75.22%,均为高淀粉玉米品种,在制造玉米淀粉、乙醇、糖浆中具有较高的应用价值。2023年辽单1205在通辽市科左中旗创造了1439.4 kg/667 m^(2)的东北春玉米单产最高纪录。 The Reire population was established by the Reid backbone line Zheng 58 and the American Reyuan hybrid 78599 through selection methods such as polymeric hybridization,backcross transformation,cross-regional identification,inoculation identification,and mixed pollination.By integrating the advantages of the two bloodlines,it not only inherits the excellent genes of Reid but also possesses the resistance of Reyuan varieties.Evaluation trials of the Reire population have shown that the Reire RP×Huanglv HL is the best heterosis model,and new corn varieties such as Liaodan 1201,Liaodan 1205,Liaodan 1209,Liaodan 1258,Liaodan 1281,Liaodan 1228,Liaodan 1803,Liaodan 1811,Liaodan 1901,and Liaodan 1908 have been successfully developed,which are high-yielding,stable,multi-resistant,and suitable for mechanical harvesting.Among them,Liaodan 1205 and Liaodan 1209 have crude starch contents of 76.16%and 75.22%respectively,both being high-starch corn varieties,and have high application value in the production of corn starch,ethanol,and syrup.In 2023,Liaodan 1205 set a new record of 1439.4 kg/667 m^(2)for the highest single yield of spring corn in Northeast China in Kezuo Middle Banner,Tongliao City.
