摘要
由于空气压缩机的非线性磁路特性,导致电磁力在全转速范围内难以控制,造成了空气压缩机在运行过程中会出现过大的振动和噪声,影响了电磁力的控制范围,提出空气压缩机全转速范围电流-电磁力自动控制方法。根据空气压缩机的电机结构分析了电磁力磁路特性,并建立电磁力二维有限元模型,得到电磁力与电流之间的非线性关系,并由此确定控制策略。对电动机加速、减速和匀速阶段的骨架旋转速度进行分析,得到电机转速与电源频率之间的关系,进而通过变频器对其进行调整,通过对电磁阀的开关状态和电流大小来控制空气压缩机内部的占空比,进而调整磁力大小和方向。通过设置目标函数确定控制决策,并将其传输至电磁阀和变频器,协同调节电磁力。从而实现对空气压缩机全转速范围电磁力的自动控制。实验结果表明,该方法对电磁力的最大调控值为112 N。
Due to the nonlinear magnetic circuit characteristics of the air compressor,it is difficult to control the electromagnetic force within the full speed range,resulting in excessive vibration and noise during the operation of the air compressor,which affects the control range of the electromagnetic force.A current-electromagnetic force automatic control method for the full speed range of the air compressor was proposed.Based on the motor mechanism of the air compressor,the electromagnetic force magnetic circuit characteristics were analyzed,and a two-dimensional finite element model of electromagnetic force was established to obtain the nonlinear relationship between electromagnetic force and current,and thus determine the control strategy.Further analyze the skeleton rotation speed during the acceleration,deceleration,and uniform speed stages of the electric motor to obtain the relationship between the motor speed and the power frequency.The adjust it through a frequency converter,and control the duty cycle inside the air compressor by adjusting the switching state and current of the solenoid valve,thereby adjusting the magnitude and direction of the magnetic force.Determine control decisions by setting objective functions and transmit them to solenoid valves and frequency converters to coordinate the regulation of electromagnetic force.Thus achieving automatic control of electromagnetic force across the entire speed range of the air compressor.The experimental results show that the maximum control value of this method for electromagnetic force is 112 N.
