风电机组安装工程专项施工安全管控措施

Special Construction Safety Control Measures for Wind Turbine Installation Engineering

摘要 随着各地陆上风电场建设如雨后春笋般进行,单件吊重超过120t、吊装高度超过100m的吊装作业持续增多,吊装安全风险越来越大。如何正确辨识风机吊装过程中人员、措施、设备、机械、环境等重要危险因素,采取有效措施预防和控制事故发生,是目前困扰风电发展的当务之急。以会泽待补风电机组安装施工安全管理为依据,通过对风电机组安装施工安全风险分析,有针对性提出了合理的安全管理措施,总结了风电机组安装安全管理方面的经验,并对后续风电机组安装施工安全管理进行探讨。 With the rapid construction of onshore wind farms in various regions,the number of lifting operations with a single weight exceeding 120 tons and a lifting height exceeding 100 meters continues to increase,and the safety risks of lifting are becoming increasingly high.How to correctly identify important hazardous factors such as personnel,measures,equipment,machinery,and environment during the hoisting process of wind turbines,and take effective measures to prevent and control accidents,is currently the top priority for the development of wind power.Based on the safety management of the installation and construction of wind turbines in Huize,this paper proposes targeted and reasonable safety management measures through the analysis of the safety risks of wind turbine installation and construction.It summarizes the experience of wind turbine installation safety management and discusses the subsequent safety management of wind turbine installation and construction.
