摘要
基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2015—2025年间发表的竞争情报相关中文期刊文献,采用文献计量分析与知识图谱可视化方法,对我国竞争情报领域的研究现状与热点演进进行系统梳理。结果发现,当前竞争情报研究热点主要集中于企业竞争战略支撑、专利数据分析、大数据与人工智能技术的融合应用、竞争情报服务平台建设等方面。在此基础上,进一步预测出如下几个方面将受到学界的重点关注:人工智能与大模型驱动下的智能情报系统、新兴产业的竞争情报,以及伦理治理与跨国合规导向下的CI治理体系建设等。
Based on the Chinese periodicals related to Competitive Intelligence(CI)published in China CNKI database from 2015 to 2025,this paper employs bibliometric analysis and knowledge-graph visualization to systematically review the research status and hotspot evolution in the field of CI in China.The results show that the current research hotspots of CI mainly focus on support of enterprise competitive strategy,patent data analysis,the integrated application of big data and artificial intelligence technology,and the construction of CI service platforms.On this basis,it is further predicted that future academic attention will focus on the following aspects:intelligent CI system driven by artificial intelligence and large models,CI of emerging industries,and CI governance system construction guided by ethical governance and transnational compliance.
