摘要
本文提出了一种适用于Ku/Ka频段的新型分频器设计方法。设计中采用了块模式滤波器与sin^(2)曲线过渡的组合方案,成功实现了Ku和Ka频段信号的高效分离。块模式滤波器为高频段提供了优良的短路特性,同时显著降低了高次模的影响。sin^(2)曲线过渡进一步优化了传输路径的电磁特性,提高了分频器的整体性能。经仿真验证,在Ku和Ka频段,分频器的回波损耗均满足-15 dB以下的设计要求,同时实现了较高的端口隔离度和信号传输效率。凭借结构紧凑、性能稳定等特点,该分频器不仅能够满足现代卫星通信系统对多频段信号高效处理的需求,还为下一代多频段共用天线设计提供了可靠的技术支持,具有广阔应用前景。
This paper proposes a novel design method for a Ku/Ka-band frequency divider.The design incorporates a combination of a block-mode filter and a sin^(2) curve transition,successfully achieving efficient separation of Ku and Ka band signals.The block-mode filter provides excellent short-circuit characteristics for the high-frequency band while significantly reducing the impact of higher-order modes.The sin^(2) curve transition further optimizes the electromagnetic properties of the transmission path,enhancing the overall performance of the frequency divider.Simulation results demonstrate that the return loss of the frequency divider in both the Ku and Ka bands meets the design requirement of being below-15 dB,while also achieving high port isolation and signal transmission efficiency.With its compact structure and stable performance,this frequency divider not only meets the demands of modern satellite communication systems for efficient multi-band signal processing but also provides reliable technical support for the design of next-generation multi-band shared antennas,showcasing broad application prospects.
