摘要
污染溯源是地表水体质量监管的重要内容,荧光指纹弥补了常规水质参数难以直接反馈污染源信息的缺陷,可为水体污染防控提供科学技术支持。以平坦网状河流为研究对象,采用水质荧光指纹对疑似污染源进行溯源。结果表明,河流流经疑似污染源企业后,下游出现显著的类蛋白质荧光峰B(激发波长(Ex)/发射波长(Em)=280 nm/320 nm)。经平行因子算法(PARAFAC)拆分和塔克同余系数法量化,发现河流类腐殖质组分C1、C2和类蛋白质组分C5与企业外排尾水类腐殖质组分Z1、Z3和类蛋白质组分Z4相似度分别达到0.95、0.93和0.90。此外,荧光强度与高锰酸盐指数、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)和氨氮数值呈现正相关性,可以一定程度指示河流水质参数变化,用于地表水常规水质监管。
Pollution source tracing is an important part of surface water quality control.Fluorescent fingerprints make up for pollution source information that is difficult to feed back directly by conventional water quality parameters,and provide scientific and technical support for water pollution prevention and control.In this paper,flat-net rivers were taken as the research object,and water quality fluorescent fingerprint traceability technology was used to trace suspected pollution sources.The results showed that after the river flowed through suspected pollution source enterprises,a significant protein-like fluorescence peak B(excitation wavelength/emission wavelength=280 nm/320 nm)appeared downstream.After being split by parallel factor algorithm(PARAFAC)and quantified by Tucker’s congruence coefficient method,it was found that the similarity of humus-like C1,C2,and protein-like C5 components in the river with humus-like Z1,Z3,and protein-like Z4 components in the tail water of the enterprises reached 0.95,0.93,and 0.90,respectively.In addition,the fluorescence intensity had a positive correlation with permanganate index,TP,TN and ammonia nitrogen values,which could indicate changes of river water quality parameters to a certain extent and be used for routine water quality supervision.
