摘要
为研究夏冬两季的仿生水草附着微生物在低污染水体中的差异,对巢湖十五里河河口湿地中塘系统的仿生水草进行采样分析。结果表明,塘系统脱氮主要依赖于微生物的分解作用,且pH、温度、溶解氧(DO)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)是仿生水草微生物变化的关键环境因子。十五里河河口湿地仿生水草在同一季节附着微生物群落结构相似,但夏冬两季间群落结构差异较大且冬季微生物多样性和相对丰度较高;夏冬两季均检测到硝化菌属和反硝化菌属,证明硝化/反硝化耦合作用是仿生水草微生物脱氮的主要途径。
In order to study the difference of biomimetic aquatic plant attached microorganisms in low pollution water body in summer and winter,the samples of biomimetic aquatic plant in the pond system of Shiwuli River estuary wetland of Chaohu Lake were collected and analyzed.The results showed that nitrogen removal in the pond system relied on the decomposition activities of microorganism,and pH,temperature,dissolved oxygen(DO),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)were the key environmental factors for biomimetic aquatic plant microorganisms variation.The microbial community structure of biomimetic aquatic plant in Shiwuli River estuary wetland was similar in the same season,but the community structures were different in summer and winter,and the microbial diversity and relative abundance were higher in winter.Nitrobacter and denitrifying bacteria were detected in both summer and winter,which proved that the coupling effect of nitrifying and denitrifying was the main way of nitrogen removal by biomimetic aquatic plant microorganisms.
