融合BERT与知识图谱的电力安全规程智能问答和合规性审查系统

摘要 电力行业的安全规程包含海量条款,且更新频繁,人工学习成本高,现场人员在执行作业时常面临相关条款理解困难、查询效率低及规程合规性判断不准确等问题。为提升电力安全管理的智能化水平,文章提出一种融合BERT与知识图谱的电力安全规程智能问答与合规性审查系统。该系统通过深度语义理解模型结合结构化安全知识,实现规程内容的快速查询、智能问答及作业票合规性审查。实验结果表明,该系统在问答准确率、规程匹配能力及违规检测召回率方面均有显著提升,为电力行业智能化安全管控提供了可行的技术解决方案。 The safety regulations in the power industry contain a large number of clauses and are updated frequently.The cost of manual learning is high,and on-site personnel often face difficulties in understanding related regulations,low query efficiency,and inaccurate compliance judgments when performing operations.To enhance the intelligence level of power safety management,this paper proposes an intelligent Q&A and compliance review system for power safety regulations that integrates BERT and knowledge graph.The system utilizes a deep semantic understanding model combined with structured security knowledge to achieve rapid querying of regulatory content,intelligent Q&A,and compliance review of work permits.The experimental results show that the system has significantly improved in terms of question answering accuracy,protocol matching ability,and violation detection recall rate,providing a feasible solution for intelligent security control in the power industry.
