摘要
目的:观察宣肺止嗽合剂联合布地奈德对甲流引发的咳嗽风邪犯肺证的疗效。方法:选取2022年6月至2024年5月期间本院收治的78例甲流引发咳嗽风邪犯肺证患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用布地奈德抗炎等常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合宣肺止嗽合剂治疗。分析对比两组的临床症状缓解率、中医证候积分、咳嗽评估试验(Cough evaluation test,CET)及安全性。结果:治疗第7 d和第14 d,观察组的临床症状缓解率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的CET及中医证候积分均比治疗前明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:宣肺止嗽合剂联合布地奈德治疗甲流引发的咳嗽风邪犯肺证,能缓解患者的咳嗽症状和中医证候,且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xuanfei Zhisu mixture combined with budesonide on the syndrome of Fengxie Fanfei cough caused by swine flu.Methods:A total of 78 patients with cough due to influenza A of the syndrome of Fengxie Fanfei cough,admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2024,were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,including anti-inflammatory therapy with budesonide.Observation group was treated with Xuanfei Zhishu mixture on the basis of control group.The clinical symptom relief rate,TCM syndrome score,Cough evaluation test(CET)and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:On the 7th and 14th day of treatment,the remission rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th and 14th day of treatment,CET and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and CET and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th day of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Zhisu mixture combined with budesonide can relieve the cough symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes caused by swine flu,with good safety.
