摘要
导线压接质量直接关系到输电线路的运行可靠性和寿命,传统人工或接触式检测手段难以实现对内部缺陷的有效评估。以X射线无损检测技术为核心,构建适用于输电线路导线压接状态的成像系统与识别算法,并开展样本对比实验验证其可行性与准确性。
The quality of wire crimping directly affects the reliability and lifespan of transmission lines.Traditional manual or contact detection methods are inadequate for effectively assessing internal defects.This paper focuses on X-ray non-destructive testing technology to develop an imaging system and recognition algorithm for evaluating the crimping condition of transmission line wires.Sample comparison experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this method.
