摘要
设计了一套3层架构的电缆绝缘在线监测系统,采用高灵敏度电流传感器采集宽频谱泄漏电流信号,结合小波包分解技术提取绝缘特征参量,建立多级阈值判定机制。工程实例表明,系统能有效识别中间接头处绝缘性能降低现象,泄漏电流THD值达4.3%,高频特征能量比值为0.25,接近预警阈值。监测结果显示,应力集中区域温度波动较大是绝缘加速老化的主要原因,验证了该方法在无需断电情况下实现电缆绝缘状态实时评估的实用价值。
This article designs a three-layer architecture cable insulation online monitoring system,which uses high-sensitivity current sensors to collect wideband leakage current signals,combines wavelet packet decomposition technology to extract insulation characteristic parameters,and establishes a multi-level threshold judgment mechanism.Engineering examples show that the system can effectively identify the phenomenon of insulation performance reduction at intermediate joints,with a leakage current THD value of 4.3%and a high-frequency characteristic energy ratio of 0.25,approaching the warning threshold.The monitoring results show that the large temperature fluctuations in the stress concentration area are the main cause of accelerated insulation aging,which verifies the practical value of this method in achieving real-time evaluation of cable insulation status without power outage.
