摘要
随着城市化进程的快速推进,配电网的可靠运行已成为电力系统安全稳定的重要保障。以某市配电网为研究对象,构建完善的可靠性评估体系,深入分析设备老化、复杂环境及滞后管理模式等关键影响因素,并提出基于数字化技术的智能管理策略。采用配网自动化、大数据分析与智能指挥平台等先进技术手段,实现对配电网运行状态的实时监控与故障快速处置。实践结果表明,供电可靠性从99.828%提高到99.8425%,故障处理时间缩短62%并实现客户零投诉,运维效率提升45%以上。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the reliable operation of distribution networks has become a critical safeguard for power system security and stability.This study focuses on a municipal distribution network,establishing a comprehensive reliability evaluation framework.It conducts in-depth analysis of key influencing factors including equipment aging,complex environments,and outdated management models,while proposing intelligent management strategies based on digital technologies.By implementing advanced solutions such as distribution network automation,big data analytics,and smart command platforms,the research achieves real-time monitoring of operational status and rapid fault resolution.Practical results demonstrate that power supply reliability increased from 99.828%to 99.8425%,with fault handling time reduced by 62%and zero customer complaints recorded.O&M efficiency improved by over 45%.
