摘要
顺控主站建立在集控站端,在集控站端对变电站下达顺控操作称为主子站顺控。变电站升级改造在调试一键顺控时,必须进行区域断电,但断电时间越长对居民企业正常用电的影响愈发显著。一键顺控验收合格是送电的必备条件,这意味着站端的工程人员必须在尽量短的时间内完成主子站顺控的调试。针对站端和主站之间沟通成本高、调试难度大、停电时间长等提出一套在站端搭建的主子站顺控模拟测试平台及其测试流程,通过间隔设备态调阅,跨间隔组合票帮助站端工程人员一次性模拟整个送电操作流程,快速调试完主子站顺控,达到送电验收要求。
The main sequential control station is established at the centralized control station end,and issuing sequential control operations to the substation at the centralized control station end is called main substation sequential control.When upgrading and renovating a substation,it is necessary to require power outages in the area.The longer the power outage time,the more it affects the normal electricity consumption of residents.One-Button sequential control is a necessary condition for acceptance,which means that the engineering personnel at the station must complete the commissioning of the main substation control in the shortest possible time.Aiming at the high communication cost,difficult debugging,and long power outage time between the station end and the main station,a set of simulation testing platform and testing process for main and sub station sequence control are proposed at the station end.Through interval equipment state retrieval and cross interval combination tickets,station engineering personnel can simulate the entire power transmission operation process at once,quickly debug the main and sub station sequential control to meet the power transmission acceptance requirements.
