摘要
分析某机叶片电解设备的相关控制原理,总结了自动控制改进的技术与方法,并就现场使用中出现的问题进行完善,研究增加模拟量模块应用方法,采集并转化模拟量信号,再利用线性理论进行触摸屏数值的转化显示,拓展自动控制技术应用范围。
This paper analyzes the control principles of electrolytic processing equipment for turbine blades in the enterprise,summarizes the technical and methodologies for automatic control enhancements,and proposes improvements for operational issues encountered in field applications.The study investigates the implementation of analog modules to facilitate signal acquisition and conversion.By applying linear theory,it achieves numerical value conversion and display through the touchscreen interface,thereby expanding the application scope of automatic control technologies.
