降低海涂地区灌注桩坍孔、缩径施工工艺研究

Study on the Construction Technology of Reducing the Collapse and Reducing the Diameter of Bored Piles in Coastal Areas

摘要 本文以某输变电工程为载体,对宁波滩涂围垦区深厚海涂淤泥地质条件下的钻孔灌注桩施工工艺进行了总结,与常规无护筒灌注桩工艺进行了对比分析,针对施工过程中灌注桩充盈系数、坍孔控制、缩颈施工工艺等进行研究,提出了钢护筒辅助灌注桩施工工艺,为类似地质条件下的灌注桩施工提供一定的参考。 Taking a power transmission and transformation project as the carrier,this paper summarizes the bored cast-in-place pile construction technology under the geological conditions of deep sea mud in Ningbo tidal flat reclamation area,and compares and analyzes it with the conventional uncased bored pile technology.The filling coefficient,collapse control,and necking construction technology of bored piles during construction are studied,and a steel casing-assisted bored pile construction technology is proposed,which provides a certain reference for bored pile construction under similar geological conditions.
