摘要
热重分析(TGA)作为水泥材料表征的核心手段,因其试样需求量小、操作简单等优点在水泥行业发挥着不可替代作用。本文系统综述了TGA在原材料成分分析、水泥熟料矿物组成研究、水化过程监测、掺合料与添加剂的影响、质量控制与CO_(2)排放监测和废弃物的协同处置等方面的应用,同时展望未来,认为未来研究需突破多峰重叠解析、微型化设备开发及智能算法应用瓶颈,以推动TGA在低碳水泥与循环经济中的深度整合。本文为水泥行业热分析技术的理论创新与工程实践提供了系统参考。
Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),as a core method for characterizing cement-based materials,plays an indispensable role in the cement industry due to its advantages such as minimal sample requirements and operational simplicity.This paper systematically reviews the applications of TGA in raw material composition analysis,clinker mineral composition studies,hydration process monitoring,evaluation of supplementary materials and additives,quality control,CO_(2)emission monitoring,and co-processing of industrial waste.Looking ahead,future research is expected to overcome bottlenecks in deconvolution of overlapping peaks,development of miniaturized equipment,and integration of intelligent algorithms to advance the deep integration of TGA in low-carbon cement production and circular economy practices.This work provides a systematic reference for theoretical innovation and engineering applications of thermal analysis technologies in the cement industry.
