高温高通量涂层弹性模量测试仪的研发与应用

摘要 针对陶瓷涂层弹性模量测试困难,以及在高温环境下弹性模量测试效率低的问题,本文提出研发基于脉冲激励法和相对法原理的四工位同步测试仪器。该仪器采用四样品同步测试结构,通过脉冲激励法实现在高温环境下弹性模量的测试,并通过ISO 203432017《精细陶瓷(高性能陶瓷,高技术陶瓷)-陶瓷厚涂层的高温弹性模量试验方法》的计算方法,由软件同步计算涂层的弹性模量。实验表明,在室温-800℃范围内,测试误差小于5%,单次测试时间缩短至传统方法的1/4,为涂层材料高温弹性模量性能评价提供了高效、准确、非破坏性的解决方案。 To address the challenges in testing the elastic modulus of ceramic coatings and the low efficiency of elastic modulus testing at elevated temperatures,this study presents the development of a four-station synchronous testing instrument based on the principles of the impulse excitation of vibration and the relative method.The instrument employs a four-specimen simultaneous testing configuration.It utilizes the impulse excitation technique to measure the elastic modulus of composite materials at high temperatures.The elastic modulus of the coating is then automatically calculated by the instrument’s software using the computational method specified in ISO 20343:2017,Fine ceramics(advanced ceramics,advanced technical ceramics)—Test method for determining elastic modulus of thick ceramic coatings at elevated temperature.Experimental results demonstrate that within the temperature range of room temperature(RT)to 800℃,the measurement error is less than 5%.Furthermore,the testing time per run is reduced to one-quarter of that required by conventional methods.This instrument provides an efficient,accurate,and non-destructive solution for evaluating the high-temperature elastic modulus of coating materials.
