摘要
传统水泥物理检测依赖人工操作与分散化设备,存在效率低、误差率高及标准化不足等瓶颈。本文系统梳理了常见水泥物理性能检测方法及设备现状,结合单机自动化仪器的改造案例,揭示局部自动化升级的实践价值。进一步聚焦全流程自动化系统的研发趋势,归纳模块协同性不足、精度控制、稳定性保障及成本适配性四大技术难点。相信将来通过跨学科融合、国产化替代及标准化协议制定等举措,将会为建材检测自动化领域的革新提供理论支撑与技术路径,助力“双碳”目标下的绿色高质量发展。
Traditional physical inspection of cement relies on manual operation and decentralized equipment,which has bottlenecks such as low efficiency,high error rate and insufficient standardization.This paper systematically reviews the common testing methods for the physical properties of cement and the current status of the equipment.Combined with the transformation cases of single-machine automated instruments,it reveals the practical value of local automation upgrades.Further focus on the research and development trends of the full-process automation system,propose an integrated technical framework covering material batching,vibration and leveling,curing management and mechanical testing,and summarize four major technical difficulties:insufficient module coordination,precision control,stability guarantee and cost adaptability.It is believed that in the future,through measures such as interdisciplinary integration,domestic substitution,and the formulation of standardized agreements,theoretical support and technical paths will be provided for the innovation in the field of building materials testing automation,contributing to green and high-quality development under the“dual carbon”goals.
