摘要
围绕Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷粉体在光敏树脂中的分散与固化行为,系统研究了树脂配方、分散剂种类及掺加量等因素对陶瓷浆料流变性能和光固化性能的影响。结果显示,合适的不同官能度树脂配比可有效提升浆料的流变性能和固化性能;选用适宜的分散剂种类并控制其掺加量,有助于改善Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷粉体在树脂中的分散稳定性,从而降低浆料黏度,为高固化厚度、高固含量Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷浆料的光固化增材制造提供了理论支撑与工艺指导。
This study systematically investigates the dispersion and curing behavior of Si_(3)N_(4)ceramic powders in a photocurable resin system,focusing on the effects of resin formulation,dispersant type,and dosage on the rheological and photocuring properties of ceramic slurries.The results show that a rational combination of resins with different functionalities can significantly enhance both slurry flowability and curing depth.Moreover,selecting appropriate dispersants and optimizing their addition effectively improves the dispersion stability of Si_(3)N_(4)powders in the resin matrix,thereby reducing slurry viscosity.This work provides theoretical support and process guidance for the development of high-solid-loading,high-curing-depth Si_(3)N_(4)ceramic slurries for photocuring-based additive manufacturing.
