建筑卫生陶瓷行业节能降碳路径分析与展望

Analysis and prospects of energy conservation and carbon reduction pathways in the building and sanitary ceramics industry

摘要 本文基于对建筑卫生陶瓷行业碳排放现状和能源消耗分析,进一步对陶瓷企业碳排放进行分析,系统归纳了氨氢燃烧、干法制粉、窑炉余热利用等18种典型节能降碳技术,并提出以“源头减量、过程控制、末端处理”原则,积极推广建筑卫生陶瓷低碳技术的应用、构建碳排放与节能降碳技术双数据库、完善原料与产品标准体系等节能降碳发展路径。未来,建筑卫生陶瓷行业将朝着清洁能源替代、智能化生产、多主体技术共享等方向迈进,实现从规模扩张向品质升级的战略转型,为我国达成“双碳”目标提供有力支撑。 Based on an analysis of the current carbon emission status and energy consumption in the building and sanitary ceramics industry,this paper further examines the carbon emissions of ceramic enterprises.It systematically summarizes 18 typical energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies,including ammonia-hydrogen combustion,dry granulation,and kiln waste heat utilization.The study proposes the principle of“source reduction,process control,and end treatment”to actively promote the application of low-carbon technologies in the building and sanitary ceramics sector.Additionally,it suggests establishing dual databases for carbon emissions and energy-saving/carbon reduction technologies for Broussonetia papyrifera,improving raw material and product standard systems,and outlining development pathways for energy conservation and carbon reduction.In the future,the building and sanitary ceramics industry will advance toward clean energy substitution,intelligent production,and multi-stakeholder technology sharing,achieving a strategic transformation from scale expansion to quality upgrading.This will provide strong support for China’s“dual carbon”goals.
