摘要
玻璃熔窑中氢能的应用是玻璃行业实现节能降碳的重要技术路径之一,玻璃熔窑氢能使用安全是氢能技术推广应用中的关键环节,涉及氢气制取、储存、输送、燃烧及熔窑结构适配等多个领域,需通过严格的技术规范、安全防护措施和管理制度保障。本文从技术、设备、操作和应急四个维度分析其安全要点,并提出相应的应对措施方案。
The application of hydrogen energy in glass melting furnaces is one of the important technological paths for the glass industry to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction.The safety of hydrogen energy use in glass melting furnaces is a key link in the promotion and application of hydrogen energy technology,involving multiple aspects such as hydrogen production,storage,transportation,combustion,and furnace structure adaptation.It needs to be guaranteed through strict technical specifications,safety protection measures,and management systems.This article analyzes its safety points from four dimensions:technology,equipment,operation,and emergency response,and proposes corresponding response measures.
