摘要
研制多参数月面特殊环境模拟箱,用于月面基地建设用材料的快速筛选与环境适应性评价。通过月面物理环境分析及三因素试验技术升级,完成二轴重力矢量系统集成、三参数协同算法开发及全工况验证。突破低重力/高真空/大温差协同加载技术,实现-185~160℃温变、10^(-4)Pa真空与0.167g重力的连续稳定运行。系统满足月面极端环境模拟要求协同工况下功能完好,将进一步支撑月面基地建设用材料高效筛选。
A multi-parameter lunar special environment simulation chamber has been developed for the rapid screening of materials used in lunar base construction and the evaluation of their environmental adaptability.Through the analysis of the lunar physical environment and the upgrading of three-factor test technology,the integration of the two-axis gravity vector system,the development of a three-parameter collaborative algorithm,and full working condition verification have been completed.The technology of collaborative loading of low gravity,high vacuum,and large temperature difference has been broken through,achieving 120 consecutive hours of stable operation with a temperature variation ranging from -185℃ to 160℃,a vacuum level of 10^(-4) Pa,and a gravity of 0.167g.The system meets the requirements for simulating extreme lunar environments and functions properly under collaborative working conditions,further supporting the efficient screening of materials for lunar base construction.
