在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定食用油中17种有机紫外吸收剂

Rapid determination of 17 kinds of organic ultraviolet absorbers in edible oils by online gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-串联质谱法(gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GPC-GC-MS/MS)快速检测食用油样品中17种有机紫外吸收剂(organic ultraviolet absorbers,OUVs)的方法。方法采用在线GPC技术与GC-MS/MS相结合,高效去除食用油中的脂质。目标化合物使用DB-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25µm)分离,多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)模式下扫描,同位素内标法定量。结果0.2~100.0 ng/mL范围内,17种OUVs的线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.9970以上,检出限为0.3~0.6 ng/g。在2、10、50 ng/g 3个不同浓度水平下进行加标回收试验,17种OUVs的平均加标回收率为80.0%~117.6%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations,RSDs)为1.3%~13.7%。采用本方法对食用油样品进行检测,发现多种OUVs单体均有不同浓度检出。结论本方法操作简单、高效便捷、灵敏度高,适合食用油样品中17种OUVs的快速测定。 Objective To establish a rapid method for determination of 17 kinds of organic ultraviolet absorbers(OUVs)in edible oil samples by online gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GPC-GC-MS/MS).Methods Online GPC technology was combined with GC-MS/MS to efficiently remove lipids from edible oils.Target compounds were separated using a DB-5MS column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)and scanned in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,with quantification performed by the isotope internal standard method.Results Good linearity was observed for all 17 kinds of OUVs within the range of 0.2-100.0 ng/mL,with correlation coefficients above 0.9970.The limits of detection ranged from 0.3 to 0.6 ng/g.The average spiked recovery rates of 17 kinds of OUVs at 3 concentration levels(2,10 and 50 ng/g)ranged between 80.0%and 117.6%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 1.3%to 13.7%.The edible oil samples were tested using this method,and it was found that a variety of OUVs monomers were detected at different concentrations.Conclusion This method is simple,efficient,convenient and highly sensitive,making it suitable for determination 17 kinds of OUVs in edible oil samples.
