浅析外部因素对天然气超声波计量准确度的影响

Impacts of external factors on ultrasonic metering accuracy in natural gas pipelines

摘要 天然气流量测量的准确与否,直接关系到计量的准确度,影响着供气企业和用户双方利益。文章结合现场实例,通过实验测试和数据比对的手段,从安装条件、运行条件两大方面,探究外部因素对超声波计量准确度的影响,并提出了相关措施及建议,以期为超声波流量计安装、运行、维护提供参考。 The reliability of natural gas flow measurement fundamentally determines metering equity between stakeholders in gas supply chains.Through a hybrid methodology integrating field experiments and multivariate data analytics,this paper quantitatively evaluates external interference factors,categorized into installation integrity and operational stability,affecting ultrasonic gas meter performance.A risk-prioritized mitigation framework is established to support lifecycle management of custody transfer metering systems.
