摘要
化工行业的高速发展伴随着环境污染,其产生的废气、废水及固废中含有VOCs、重金属离子等污染物,威胁生态安全与人类健康。为探索高效防治技术,文章剖析化工过程污染源及影响机制,梳理废气(吸附、催化氧化等)、废水(物理化学法、生物处理等)、固废(焚烧、热解等)治理技术原理,结合P城甲醇罐区VOCs治理项目实践(干法脱硫+三级冷凝+活性炭吸附+催化氧化工艺),结果显示,该组合工艺使甲醇、非甲烷总烃等污染物去除率超99%,出口浓度远低于国家标准。研究表明,化工污染防治技术需融合绿色化学与清洁生产,未来将朝智能化、绿色化、资源化方向发展,以实现可持续生产。
The rapid development of the chemical industry goes hand in hand with environmental pollution.Emissions from this sector—including waste gas,wastewater,and solid waste—contain harmful constituents such as VOCs and heavy metal ions,posing threats to ecological security and human health.In order to explore efficient prevention and control technology,this paper analyzes the pollution sources and influencing mechanism of chemical process,combs the technical principles of waste gas(adsorption,catalytic oxidation,etc.),wastewater(physical and chemical methods,biological treatment,etc.)and solid waste(incineration,pyrolysis,etc.),and combines the practice of VOCs treatment project in methanol tank farm in P city(dry desulfurization+tertiary condensation+activated carbon adsorption+catalytic oxidation process).The results show that the combined process makes the removal rate of pollutants such as methanol and non-methane total hydrocarbons exceed 99%,and the export concentration is far below the national standard.The research shows that the prevention and control technology of chemical pollution needs to integrate green chemistry and clean production,and will develop in the direction of intelligence,green and resource in the future to realize sustainable production.
