ICP-MS测定地球化学样品中重金属含量的研究

摘要 为了准确获取地球化学样品中重金属元素的含量分布特征,提升区域环境与地质背景研究的技术支撑水平,采用ICP-MS对典型区域采集的20个土壤与风化壳样品进行了系统测定。文章构建了从样品采集、预处理、消解到数据分析的完整流程,评估了方法的精密度与准确度,结合空间插值开展元素分布特征解析。结果表明,该方法稳定可靠,所测重金属元素在空间上呈现明显分异规律,可为地球化学调查与环境风险识别提供参考依据。 In order to accurately obtain the distribution characteristics of heavy metal elements in geochemical samples and improve the technical support level of regional environmental and geological background research,ICP-MS was used to systematically determine 20 soil and weathering crust samples collected from typical areas.This paper constructed a complete process from sample collection,preprocessing,digestion to data analysis,evaluated the precision and accuracy of the method,and combined spatial interpolation to carry out element distribution feature analysis.The results show that the method is stable and reliable,and the measured heavy metal elements exhibit obvious spatial differentiation patterns,which can provide reference for geochemical surveys and environmental risk identification.
