数字化转型下基于产教融合的应用型本科人才培养策略

Strategies for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents based on the integration of industry and education under digital transformation

摘要 为了适应数字化转型需求,利用产教融合助推应用型本科院校人才培养工作的开展,文章重点分析了“3D-I”数字人才培养模式在产教融合背景下,推动应用型本科院校人才培养工作的实践策略,提出构建数字生态融合框架、打造“智联共生”的实践生态、创新“协同发展”的育人机制、赋能“深度融合”的协同平台几方面策略。通过研究发现,上述几方面策略能够为数字化转型背景下的本科院校的人才培养提供技术、人员和资源等多方面的支持,可借助产教融合提升人才培养质量。 In order to meet the needs of digital transformation and promote the development of talent cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges through the integration of industry and education,this paper focuses on analyzing the practical strategies of the“3D-I”digital talent cultivation model in promoting talent cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges under the background of industry education integration.Propose several strategies,including building a digital ecosystem integration framework,creating a practical ecosystem of“intelligent symbiosis”,innovating a“collaborative development”education mechanism,and empowering a“deep integration”collaborative platform.Through research,it has been found that the above strategies can provide technical,personnel,and resource support for talent cultivation in undergraduate colleges under the background of digital transformation,and can improve the quality of talent cultivation through the integration of industry and education.
