摘要
为确定不同类型渔业养殖平台最下层甲板的最小高度,分析各类渔业养殖平台的结构特点,梳理国内外不同规范标准关于渔业养殖平台甲板高度的相关要求,总结得出各类渔业养殖平台甲板最小高度的计算方法。针对甲板高度不足的渔业养殖平台,从结构强度、稳性、救生和使用安全等4个角度出发,剖析甲板高度不足对渔业养殖平台的危害,并提出相应的补救措施,以最大限度地保障平台的本质安全和登乘人员的生命安全。
In order to determine the minimal elevation of the lowest deck of different types of fishery platforms,the structural characteristics of various types of fishery platforms are analyzed,the relevant requirements of different domestic and foreign standards on the deck elevation of fishery platforms are combed,and the calculation methods of the minimal deck elevation of various fishery platforms are summarized.Aimed at the fishery platform with insufficient deck elevation,the harm to the fishery platform is analyzed from the aspects of structural strength,stability,life-saving equipment and operation safety,and the corresponding remedial measures are put forward to ensure the essential safety of the platform and the life of the passengers to the maximal extent.
