摘要
为提高船舶建造的精度管理,利用信息化技术的优势,在现代造船模式精度管理系统中广泛应用各种信息化技术。从资源管理、检验流程、工位管理和数据管理等4个环节论述信息化技术在现代造船模式精度管理系统中的作用。结果表明,基于信息化技术的现代造船模式精度管理系统可提高产品质量,减少材料浪费,缩短建造周期。
In order to improve the precision management of ship construction,based on the advantage of informatization technology,various informatization technologies are widely applied in the precision management system of modern shipbuilding mode.The role of informatization technology in the precision management system of modern shipbuilding mode is discussed in four links:resource management,inspection flow,workstation management,and data management.The results show that the precision management system of modern shipbuilding mode based on informatization technology can improve the product quality,reduce the material waste,and shorten the construction cycle.
