摘要
实现造船计划的高效有序管理,构建以中间产品为对象的造船计划管理体系。根据造船计划管理体系的总体层级,明确各类型计划与中间产品的关系。以某造船项目为例,建立中间产品结构树,实施搭载中日程计划、先行中日程计划、后行中日程计划和生产准备计划,实现项目节拍运行诊断。应用结果表明,该体系可有效提升船舶建造的生产效率和项目管理能力,优化生产流程。
In order to achieve efficient and orderly shipbuilding schedule management,a shipbuilding schedule management system targeted the intermediate products is constructed.According to the overall hierarchy of shipbuilding schedule management system,the relationship between each type of schedule and intermediate products is clarified.Taken a shipbuilding project as an example,an intermediate product structure tree is established,the block assembly medium-term schedule,preceding medium-term schedule,succeeding medium-term schedule,and production preparation schedule are implemented to achieve the diagnosis of project rhythm operation.The application results show that the system can effectively enhance the production efficiency and project management capabilities of ship construction and optimize the production flow.
