摘要
针对船用大型特种设备的模块化组装作业问题,以某型船用大型特种设备为研究对象,梳理模块化组装作业流程要素,确定仿真优化要点。基于模型结构和模型规则构建模块化组装作业流程模型,并从作业空间干涉、作业工序设计、作业资源配置和作业时间关联等方面对模块化组装作业流程进行仿真优化。研究结果可为船用大型特种设备模块化组装作业决策提供数据支持,并可为相关工程实践研究提供参考。
In view of the problem of modularization assembly operation for large marine special equipment,taken a type of large marine special equipment as the research object,the elements of modularization assembly operation flow are sorted out,and the key points of simulation optimization are determined.The model of modularization assembly operation flow is constructed based on the model structure and model rules,and the simulation optimization of modularization assembly operation flow is performed in operation space interference,operation routing design,operation resource allocation,and operation time correlation.The research results can provide data support for the decision-making of modularization assembly operation for large marine special equipment,and can also provide reference for the related engineering practice research.
