摘要
为进一步推进壳舾涂一体化的现代船舶设计制造技术应用,以某大型液化气船为例,开展基于船体结构的独立液货舱型液化气船舾装设备布置优化。结合船舶建造工艺,采用结构设计、有限元仿真、通风计算仿真和振动评估等方法,对液货舱检验通道布置、稀有气体管系布置、起重设备布置和压缩机房布置进行优化。优化结果表明,收益显著,满足船体结构安全性与舾装功能性的要求。
In order to further promote the application of modern ship design and manufacturing technology of hull-outfitting-painting integration,taken a large liquefied gas carrier as an example,the optimization of outfitting equipment arrangement for independent cargo tank type liquefied gas carrier based on hull structure is performed.Combined with the ship construction technology,the optimization of cargo tank inspection passage arrangement,inert gas piping system arrangement,lifting equipment arrangement,and compressor room arrangement is performed with the methods such as structural design,finite element simulation,ventilation calculation simulation,and vibration assessment.The optimization results show that the benefits are significant and meet the requirements of hull structure safety and outfitting functionality.
