摘要
本文分析了人工智能推动我国经济高质量发展的路径,提出了驱动人工智能发展的对策。以技术突破为先导、以算力提升为动能、以数据资源为基础、以市场需求为牵引是人工智能的发展规律。充足的人才储备、丰富的应用场景、海量的数据资源是我国发展人工智能的显著优势。人工智能促进新质生产力培育,实现全要素生产率大幅提高;更新产业基础,推动现代化产业体系加速形成;提高创新效率,赋能创新驱动发展。展望未来,建议从大力培养和吸引人工智能人才、增加优质数据供给、推动现代化产业体系建设、加快实现人工智能产业链自主可控等四个方面着力,助推人工智能驱动中国经济高质量发展。
The paper analyzes the path that artificial intelligence promotes China’s high-quality economic development,and puts forward the strategies to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence.Technical breakthrough is the forerunner of the development of artificial intelligence.The improvement of computility is the driving force of the development of artificial intelligence.Data resources serve as the foundation of the development of artificial intelligence.The demand from the market is the traction of the development of artificial intelligence.China has sufficient talent resource,rich application scenarios and massive data resources,which are significant advantages for China to develop artificial intelligence.Artificial intelligence can foster the cultivation of new quality productive forces,leading to a significant increase in total factor productivity.Besides,artificial intelligence can renew the industrial foundation and accelerate the formation of a modern industrial system.What’s more,artificial intelligence can improve innovation efficiency and empower the innovation-driven development.Looking ahead,it is recommended to focus on four key areas:vigorously cultivating and attracting AI talent,increasing the supply of high-quality data,promoting the development of a modern industrial system,and accelerating the achievement of self-reliance and controllability in the AI industry chain.These efforts will help drive C hina’s high-quality economic development through artificial intelligence.
