摘要
高校青年志愿服务凭借其人才与智力优势,成为推进乡村振兴的重要力量。本文以N高校长期开展的“数智助农,文化筑魂”乡村振兴志愿服务项目为分析对象,结合乡村振兴“产业、人才、文化、生态、组织”五大振兴目标,系统梳理该项目在多省份乡村的服务实践,提炼“数智技术赋能+文化资源激活+校地协同联动”的三维服务模式。通过分析项目在产业升级、文化传承、人才培育等方面的具体举措与成效,揭示高校青年志愿服务助力乡村振兴的内在逻辑与实施路径,为高校志愿服务与乡村振兴战略深度融合提供学术参考与实践范式。
Relying on their talent and intellectual advantages,university youth volunteer services have emerged as a crucial driving force in advancing rural revitalization.This study takes the"Digital Intelligence Assisting Agriculture and Culture Shaping Spirit"rural revitalization volunteer service project,which has been carried out by University N for an extended period,as the object of analysis.Integrating the five major objectives of rural revitalization,namely industrial,talent,cultural,ecological,and organizational revitalization,this study systematically reviews the service practices of this project in rural areas across multiple provinces.It extracts a three-dimensional service model featuring"empowerment through digital intelligence technology and activation of cultural resources and collaborative linkage between universities and localities".By analyzing the specific measures and achievements of the project in aspects such as industrial upgrading,cultural inheritance,and talent cultivation,this research reveals the internal logic and implementation paths of university youth volunteer services in promoting rural revitalization.It provides academic references and practical paradigms for the in-depth integration of college volunteer services and the rural revitalization strategy.
