摘要
本文从党内治理这一视角出发,先简要说明了政党治理这一概念所包含的具体内容和意义,然后阐述了提升政党治理能力的内在缘由,并讨论了在提升政党治理能力过程中主要面临的挑战,最后探讨了提升政党治理能力在实践上的路径,认为一是要以贯彻落实民主集中制严肃党内政治生活,二是要以打造建设学习型政党提高党运用和发展理论的能力,三是要以坚定推进党的自我革命保障党和人民的事业稳步前进。
This article,adopting the perspective of intra-party governance,first briefly outlines the specific content and significance encompassed by the concept of party governance.It then elaborates on the intrinsic reasons for enhancing party governance capabilities and discusses the principal challenges encountered in this process.Finally,it explores the practical requirements for enhancing party governance capacity,arguing that:first,it is essential to rigorously implement democratic centralism to invigorate intra-party political life;second,building a learning-oriented party is crucial to enhance the Party's capacity to apply and develop theory;and third,resolutely advancing the Party's self-revolution is vital to ensure the steady progress of the Party and the people's cause.
