摘要
目的:分析手术室护士资质过剩感现状及影响因素。方法:选取2024年3—4月江苏省15所二级甲等以上医院的225名手术室护士作为调查对象,采用自制护士一般资料调查问卷统计手术室护士的基本资料(性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、月收入、工作年限、夜班数量、生育状况、医院等级、有无行政职务等情况),采用资质过剩感量表评估手术室护士的资质过剩感。统计225名手术室护士的资质过剩感量表评分,分析其影响因素。结果:225名手术室护士资质过剩感量表得分(31.58±8.38)分。学历、夜班数量、医院等级、行政职务是手术室护士资质过剩感的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护士资质过剩感处于中等水平,与学历、夜班数量、医院等级、行政职务等有关,管理者需积极进行干预,根据手术室护士的工作综合能力合理分配护理工作任务,降低其资质过剩感。
Objective:To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of perceived overqualification of nurses in operating room.Methods:From March 2024 to April 2024,a total of 225 operating room nurses from 15 hospitals of Grade II Class A and above in Jiangsu Province were selected as the study subjects.The self-designed general information questionnaire for nurses was used to calculate the basic data of operating room nurses(gender,age,marital status,education background,professional title,monthly income,working years,number of night shifts,fertility status,hospital grade,and administrative positions).The perceived overqualification scale was used to evaluate the perceived overqualification of operating room nurses.The scores of perceived overqualification scale of 225 operating room nurses were calculated and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:Among 225 operating room nurses,the score of perceived overqualification scale was(31.58±8.38)points.Education background,number of night shifts,hospital grade and administrative position were independent influencing factors of perceived overqualification of nurses in operating room(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perceived overqualification of nurses in operating room is at a medium level,and is related to education background,number of night shifts,hospital grade,and administrative position.Managers need to actively intervene and allocate nursing tasks reasonably according to the comprehensive ability of nurses in operating room to reduce their perceived overqualification.
