摘要
目的:探讨规范管理在社区H型高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年3—10月珠海高新技术产业开发区金鼎社区卫生服务中心收治的80例H型高血压患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施规范管理。比较两组管理依从性、生活方式改善情况及血压水平。结果:观察组管理总依从率比对照组高(P=0.013)。观察组低盐低脂饮食、适当运动、生活作息规律、情绪稳定、戒烟限酒占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.001)。结论:规范管理在社区H型高血压患者中的应用效果较好,可改善其生活方式,提高其管理依从性,有助于降低血压水平。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized management in patients with H-type hypertension in the community.Methods:A total of eighty patients with H-type hypertension admitted to Zhuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Jinding Community Health Service Center from March to October 2024 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was subject to routine management,while the observation group was subject to standardized management.The management compliance,lifestyle improvement and blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total compliance rate of management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.013).The proportions of the observation group with a low-salt and low-fat diet,appropriate exercise,regular daily routine,stable emotions,and smoking and alcohol restriction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of standardized management in H-type hypertension patients in the community is relatively good.It can improve their lifestyle,enhance their management compliance,and help lower blood pressure levels.
