摘要
目的:分析基于健康信念模式的功能训练在颅脑损伤术后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—6月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的颅脑损伤术后吞咽障碍患者40例作为对照组,选取2023年7—12月收治的颅脑损伤术后吞咽障碍患者40例作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于健康信念模式的功能训练。比较两组心理状态、吞咽功能。结果:干预后,两组广泛性焦虑障碍量表、健康问卷抑郁量表评分降低,且与对照组比,观察组更低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组初步评价、饮5 mL水、饮60 mL水评分降低,且与对照组比较,观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论:基于健康信念模式的功能训练在颅脑损伤术后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者负面情绪,改善吞咽功能。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of functional training based on health belief model in patients with deglutition disorder after craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods:From January 2023 to June 2023,40 patients with deglutition disorder after craniocerebral injury surgery who were admitted to the Affiliated Nanjing Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the control group.From July 2023 to December 2023,40 patients with deglutition disorder after craniocerebral injury surgery who were admitted to the same hospital were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received functional training based on health belief model on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and swallowing function were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the generalized anxiety disorder scale and the health questionnaire depression scale in the two groups reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of preliminary evaluation,drinking 5 mL water and drinking 60 mL water in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of functional training based on health belief model has a significant effect in patients with deglutition disorder after craniocerebral injury surgery,and can alleviate negative emotions of patients,and improve swallowing function.
