摘要
目的:探讨腺样体切除手术联合自拟辛夷消窦方鼻腔冲洗治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:选择2022年6月—2024年6月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿90例作为观察对象,随机分为三组,各30例。三组患儿均行腺样体切除手术,对照1组患儿术后采用氯化钠注射液冲洗鼻腔,对照2组患儿术后采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液冲洗鼻腔,观察组患儿术后采用自拟辛夷消窦方冲洗鼻腔。对比三组临床症状积分、鼻内镜评分、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,三组临床症状积分、鼻内镜评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照1组和对照2组(P=0.004)。结论:腺样体切除手术联合自拟辛夷消窦方鼻腔冲洗可缓解慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿临床症状,改善鼻腔状况。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of adenoidectomy combined with nasal irrigation of self-made Xinyi Xiaodou formula in treatment of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods:A total of 90 children with chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group.All the children in three groups underwent adenoidectomy.The children in the control group 1 were treated with nasal irriga⁃tion of sodium chloride injection after surgery,the children in the control group 2 were treated with nasal irrigation of budesonide sus⁃pension for inhalation after surgery,and the children in the observation group were treated with nasal irrigation of self-made Xinyi Xiaodu formula after surgery.The clinical symptom scores,nasal endoscopy scores and clinical efficacy in the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and nasal endoscopy scores in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2(P=0.004).Conclusion:Adenoidectomy combined with nasal irrigation of Xinyi Xiaodu formula can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy and improve the nasal cavity condition.
