摘要
目的:探讨电针联合自拟痹通散方外敷治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2025年1月肃南县人民医院收治的湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者120例作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为电针组与联合组,各60例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,电针组采用电针治疗,联合组在电针治疗基础上给予自拟痹通散方外敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛、僵硬、日常活动功能评分降低,且联合组低于电针组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组膝关节液炎性因子水平、中医证候积分降低,且联合组低于电针组(P<0.001)。联合组治疗总有效率较电针组高(P=0.023)。结论:电针联合自拟痹通散方外敷能够减轻湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的临床症状,改善膝关节功能,降低关节液炎性因子水平。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with the external application of the selfdesigned Bitong Powder formula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of damp-heat obstruction type.Methods:A total of 120 patients with damp-heat obstruction type knee osteoarthritis admitted to Sunan County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the electroacupuncture group and the combined group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given conventional treatment.The electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture,while the combined group was given a selfdesigned Bitong Powder formula for external application on the basis of electroacupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of pain,stiffness and daily activity function in both groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the electroacupuncture group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in knee joint fluid and the TCM syndrome score in both groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the electroacupuncture group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the electroacupuncture group(P=0.023).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with the external application of the self-designed Bitong Powder Formula can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with damp-heat obstruction type knee osteoarthritis,improve knee joint function,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in joint fluid.
