摘要
目的:评估常规西医联合珍黄安宫片治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果及经济性。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月兰州市西固区中医医院神经内科收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为标准治疗组(50例,采用常规西医治疗)和联合用药组(50例,在标准治疗组基础上采用珍黄安宫片治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及药物经济学。结果:联合用药组治疗总有效率高于标准治疗组(P=0.034)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,且联合用药组低于标准治疗组(P<0.001)。联合用药组成本-效果比值低于标准治疗组(P<0.001)。结论:常规西医联合珍黄安宫片可减轻缺血性脑卒中患者的临床症状,且经济性较高。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and economics of conventional western medicine combined with Zhenhuang Angong tablets in treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology at Lanzhou Xigu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into standard treatment group(50 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and combined medication group(50 cases,treated with Zhenhuang Angong tablets on the basis of standard treatment group)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and pharmacoeconomics were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the combined medication group was higher than that in the standard treatment group(P=0.034).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score in the combined medication group was lower than that in the standard treatment group(P<0.001).The cost-effectiveness ratio in the combined medication group was lower than that in the standard treatment group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with Zhenhuang Angong tablets can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with ischemic stroke,with high economics.
