摘要
目的:探讨针刺联合常规药物治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的效果。方法:将2024年2月—2025年8月在重庆市万盛经济技术开发区人民医院就诊的ICP患者80例采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。西药组给予熊去氧胆酸联合S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,联合组在西药组基础上采用针刺干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗1、2周后,两组瘙痒评分降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于西药组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素及直接胆红素水平下降(P<0.05),且联合组低于西药组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组总胆汁酸、结合型胆红素、牛磺胆酸、甘氨胆酸水平下降(P<0.05),且联合组低于西药组(P<0.001)。结论:针刺联合常规药物治疗ICP的效果显著,能减轻患者瘙痒程度,改善肝功能,降低胆汁酸水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of intrahepatic cho⁃lestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods:Eighty patients diagnosed with ICP in Chongqing Wansheng Economic and Technological De⁃velopment Zone People's Hospital from February 2024 to August 2025 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with Sadenosylmethionine,and the combined group was intervened with acupuncture on the basis of the Western medicine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the pruritus scores of both groups de⁃creased(P<0.05),and the combined group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of ala⁃nine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin and direct bilirubin in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of total bile acid,con⁃jugated bilirubin,taurocholic acid and glycine in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with conventional drugs has a significant effect in the treatment of ICP,which can alleviate the degree of pruritus in patients,improve liver function,and reduce bile acid levels.
