铜冶炼转炉车间环集风机管道优化技术

摘要 针对某铜冶炼厂车间环集系统的能力提升需求,本文从现有系统的结构阻力现状分析入手,通过仿真分析手段评估了系统的节能潜力,综合考虑环集管路数值模拟结果与现场施工条件,做出拆除2#环集风机部分进气管路和对有所折弯管道进行优化的改造方案。优化改造方案施工后,管网系统阻力降低了1262.6Pa;在环集系统新增脱硫与电除雾流程的情况下,环集风机的电机功率也未增加,无需更换电机,也降低了改造成本,改造后两台风机效率约70%,每年约节约电费148万元,改造成果显著。 To meet the capacity improvement demand of the centralized collection system in a copper smelter workshop,this paper analyzes the structural resistance of the existing system and evaluates its energy-saving potential via simulation.Considering the numerical simulation results of the collection pipeline and on-site construction conditions,a renovation plan is proposed:removing part of the intake pipeline of the 2#fan and optimizing bent pipelines.After implementation,the pipe network resistance is reduced by 1262.6Pa.Despite adding desulfurization and electrostatic precipitator processes to the system,the fan motor power remains unchanged,eliminating the need for motor replacement and reducing costs.Post-renovation,the two fans achieve an efficiency of~70%,saving approximately 1.48 million yuan in annual electricity fees,demonstrating remarkable renovation effects.
