62 mm×70 mm 52CrMoV4超厚导向臂扁钢开发

摘要 62 mm×70 mm矩形超厚截面导向臂用弹簧扁钢外形尺寸特殊,使用两辊短应力轧机生产难度较大,生产时易发生扭转、脱方、尺寸难控制等问题,产品质量受工艺、工装条件影响极不稳定。在现有设备基础上,通过设计K2、K5、K7专用孔型,对轧制、加热、缓冷工艺优化,生产的62 mm×70 mm 52CrMoV4超厚导向臂用矩形扁钢尺寸外形、力学性能、淬透性、金相组织均符合用户要求及标准要求,合格率99%,综合成材率达到95.8%,成功开发出62 mm×70 mm 52CrMoV4矩形超厚截面导向臂用弹簧扁钢。 62 mm×70 mm rectangular ultra thick section guide arm is made of spring flat steel with special dimensions,which is difficult to produce with two roller short stress rolling mills.During production,it is easy to have problems such as torsion,off square and difficult to control the size.Affected by process and tooling conditions,the product quality is extremely unstable.On the basis of existing equipment,the rolling,heating and slow cooling processes were optimized by designing K2,K5 and K7 special passes.The size,shape,mechanical properties,hardenability and microstructure of 62 mm×70 mm 52CrMoV4 rectangular flat steel for ultra thick guide arm met the requirements of users and standards.Qualified rate was 99%and comprehensive yield reached 95.8%.A new type of spring flat steel for 52CrMoV4 rectangular ultra thick guide arm with 62 mm×70 mm specification was successfully developed.
