摘要
起重用压实钢丝绳在使用过程中断裂,对钢丝绳断股和断丝进行检测分析。结果表明:压实钢丝绳断丝为疲劳断裂,主要原因是钢丝绳在使用过程中反复受到拉伸、弯曲、挤压等复杂工况影响,在交变应力和载荷作用以及维护不当的情况下,外层股钢丝在内外部挤压和长期摩擦处形成疲劳应力集中点,萌生疲劳裂纹进而疲劳断裂。内层股和绳芯疲劳断丝上存在垂直于挤压方向的二次裂纹,扩展区非常窄,表明内层钢丝以及绳芯断丝的疲劳断裂与挤压有关。结合钢丝绳使用工况,建议使用合理的钢丝绳型号,并提出预防措施。
Compacted wire rope for crane broken during operation,the broken strands and broken wires of wire rope were inspected and analyzed.Results showed that broken wires of compacted wire rope were caused by fatigue failure.The main reason was that wire rope was repeatedly subjected to complex working conditions such as stretching,bending,and compression during use,under alternating stress,loads,and improper maintenance,outer strands wire formed fatigue stress concentration points due to internal and external compression and long-term friction,which led to fatigue cracks and eventually fatigue failure.There were secondary cracks perpendicular to compression direction on broken wires of inner strands and rope core,and expansion zone was very narrow.This indicates that fatigue failure of broken wires of inner steel wires and rope core is related to compression.Based on usage conditions of wire rope,it is recommended to use reasonable type of wire rope,and preventive measures are proposed.
