摘要
为提升数控车床的加工效率和精度,将传统液压刀塔升级为伺服刀塔,换刀控制更精确。通过详细对比液压刀塔与伺服刀塔的性能差异,揭示了伺服刀塔在定位精度、换刀速度及系统稳定性上的显著优点。设计并实施了具体升级方案,包括伺服刀塔的结构组成、PMC控制原理与接口信号配置,实现了刀塔的自动化和智能化控制。借助实际应用案例,呈现了伺服刀塔的工作流程及换刀时序。
To improve machining efficiency and accuracy of computer numerical control(CNC)lathes,traditional hydraulic turret has been upgraded to servo turret for more precise tool change control.By comparing performance differences between hydraulic turret and servo turret in detail,the significant advantages of servo turret in positioning accuracy,tool changing speed,and system stability were revealed.Designed and implemented specific upgrade plan,covering structural composition of servo turret,PMC control principles,and interface signal configuration,achieving automation and intelligent control of turret.With the help of practical application cases,the workflow and tool change timing of servo turret are presented.
